Happy Tails Daycare and Pet Resort was founded in June 2008 by Elaine Walker. Elaine's own dogs (Jamie and Lucy) loved going to doggie daycare in their hometown. After moving to Elmira, she soon realized that finding a doggie daycare & boarding facility in this area that met her high standards was going to be a challenge. She wanted a facility where she felt her dogs would be treated like family. A place where they would get exercise and socialize with other dogs then come home happy and tired. That's when Happy Tails Daycare and Pet Resort was born. At Happy Tails, our goal is to provide a safe, fun environment for the pets we care for. From doggie daycare to boarding to our dog park, you can rest assured your pet is in the most qualified hands in the business.
